# Bot usage example

How you can use our bot

First of all you need to understand that [our bot](https://t.me/insider_eye_sol_bot) allows you to find insider Solana wallets.

Insider wallets are the wallets of traders who buy tokens with a subsequent large increase in price.

Using analytics on wallets, which is provided by [our bot](https://t.me/insider_eye_sol_bot), you can define for yourself a set of parameters that defines an insider wallet.

Having found an insider wallet, we can add it to a third-party bot to copy trades. By copying trades of the found wallet, you will be able to make profits close to the insider's profits or even more (depends on your strategy).

Next, we'll cover a few steps:

* [Searching for wallet addresses](#searching-for-wallet-addresses)
* [Scanning of found wallets](#scanning-of-found-wallets)
* [Adding found wallets to the bot for copying transactions](#adding-found-wallets-to-the-bot-for-copying-transactions)
  {% endhint %}

## Searching for wallet addresses

The search for wallet addresses that could potentially be insider addresses is carried out through special sites. For example, one of such sites: [DexScreener](https://dexscreener.com/).

On the [website](https://dexscreener.com/) you can choose any of the top Solana tokens. It is important to search for tokens in the `Solana` tab.

There are many filters here that you can use to sort the tokens. Which filters are better to use is calculated by experience.&#x20;

You can start by taking all the tokens in the list (from top to bottom). This way you will be able to find good wallets.

<figure><img src="/files/mnnTThPKyR5h0BduHmBT" alt=""><figcaption><p>Visual guide</p></figcaption></figure>

Select a token and click on it with the mouse wheel. This will open the page with the token in a new browser window.

To start looking for wallets, we will need to work with the price chart. It is located in the middle.

Try pressing the different buttons yourself, try to understand what they do. This is very important to find wallets quickly.

<figure><img src="/files/jqi0xEdEIdLraixi0Kl8" alt=""><figcaption><p>Visual guide</p></figcaption></figure>

First, we switch the time frame to 1 minute to see the price movements in detail.

<figure><img src="/files/9iasuxEb6P253cJNJDUc" alt=""><figcaption><p>Visual guide</p></figcaption></figure>

Now you need to scroll the chart to the beginning when the coin was published (listing). This will organize the search for wallets.

<figure><img src="/files/OoWdasnw95TEJLLKUup5" alt=""><figcaption><p>Visual guide</p></figcaption></figure>

Here is an example of such a place. I measure the growth with a ruler to see how big it was. Movements of 500% or more can be considered as big jumps. Here it's 1175%.

As you can see, I have not highlighted the first candles, because snipers usually enter them (they buy in the first seconds after the coin is released).

<figure><img src="/files/9W0mBhpEUyo9tU4xsHze" alt=""><figcaption><p>Visual guide</p></figcaption></figure>

Here are examples of some good price intervals. With the purple square I've marked the intervals that you can filter transactions by. And the blue square shows the potential growth of those who bought the coin in these intervals.

Other tokens need to be analyzed in the same way.

<figure><img src="/files/1sLSkLz7L39RvQEgF3EI" alt="" width="563"><figcaption><p>Visual guide</p></figcaption></figure>

<figure><img src="/files/EjJB7b5ZkXgVdzX5etv6" alt="" width="563"><figcaption><p>Visual guide</p></figcaption></figure>

<figure><img src="/files/y9QrRgwSW2nD21BFX8aa" alt="" width="563"><figcaption><p>Visual guide</p></figcaption></figure>

After we have found the desired interval on the chart we need to memorize or record the start and end date of this interval. Go to the `Transactions` tab, filter transactions by the date we took from the chart.

<figure><img src="/files/5tgTj2pzqygc2aSUFHWL" alt=""><figcaption><p>Visual guide</p></figcaption></figure>

Enter the date using the calendar. It is better to use Google Chrome browser (date selection works stably).

<figure><img src="/files/Sb9rJ1rq654V3s7ftPY7" alt=""><figcaption><p>Visual guide</p></figcaption></figure>

Next, customize the second filter so that only purchases are displayed here.

<figure><img src="/files/rvnVSzz0K2dwXk4BDKKT" alt=""><figcaption><p>Visual guide</p></figcaption></figure>

You can also customize the display to show transactions of $100 or more. Insiders are usually confident in their actions, so they buy a coin for a normal amount.

<figure><img src="/files/gdCsbAF3sVaUokPPr8eD" alt=""><figcaption><p>Visual guide</p></figcaption></figure>

Specify that we want to display transactions of 100 dollars or more.

<figure><img src="/files/oi3CmjiC6kF1qT7JsLfz" alt=""><figcaption><p>Visual guide</p></figcaption></figure>

As we can see three filters are highlighted in color. We have filtered the transactions in the specified time interval.

<figure><img src="/files/GPI5xTSqNE3bS4o4h0LI" alt=""><figcaption><p>Visual guide</p></figcaption></figure>

Now we will check each wallet from top to bottom by hovering the mouse cursor over it. Each row is a separate wallet. There are several parameters by which wallets should be selected for analysis in our bot:&#x20;

* The bar should not be strike through lines (number 1 on the screenshot). If this bar is strike through, it means that not all data is collected for this wallet.&#x20;
* The number of tokens bought (number 2 on the screenshot) should not be more than 1-3. If the number of transactions is more than 5, it is most likely a trading bot or a regular trader, not an insider.&#x20;
* PNL or net profit (number 3 on the screenshot) should be more than the purchase amount by 1.5-3+ times. For example, if the wallet bought 100 dollars, the PNL should be at least 50-200 dollars.

<figure><img src="/files/uWfeH3iUTQvGEryzkTzf" alt=""><figcaption><p>Visual guide</p></figcaption></figure>

If the wallet is suitable, click on the address of the wallet with the mouse wheel and it will open in a new tab.

<figure><img src="/files/8HEDqYTaWnUXzDgenlVS" alt=""><figcaption><p>Visual guide</p></figcaption></figure>

In the browser windows that open, you will have general information about the wallet from the [solscan](https://solscan.io/) service.

In the tabs that open, you can copy wallet addresses by clicking on the copy icon or by copying it manually from the address bar.

<figure><img src="/files/Mm5BJEyOXx6ZYRKpkKX2" alt="" width="563"><figcaption><p>Visual guide</p></figcaption></figure>

In addition, on this tab you can view the total balance of the wallet in dollars.

<figure><img src="/files/winFr6xWmaJzFadoIY4S" alt="" width="563"><figcaption><p>Visual guide</p></figcaption></figure>

Next, we continue to find wallets. After you have found all the good wallets in this period of time you can download their bot for detailed analysis. More about this in the [next step](#scanning-of-found-wallets).

## Scanning of found wallets

Once we have selected the address of a potential insider, we can start scanning them in our bot to get detailed statistics on each wallet.

To do this, send the address in chat with our bot.

<figure><img src="/files/iGUqK8n3pQ122ftQ7KKm" alt="" width="517"><figcaption><p>Visual guide</p></figcaption></figure>

Statistics consist of various wallet indicators. You should have your own list of indicators that you should pay attention to in order to determine that this wallet is an insider.

<figure><img src="/files/JHjQKqV2VTYPg5nkdIll" alt="" width="205"><figcaption><p>Visual guide</p></figcaption></figure>

For example, such a set of general parameters may include:

* Wallet `Win Rate` of more than 80 per cent
* `PnL R` greater than 5 SOL
* The number of `All transactions` is less than 200

{% hint style="info" %}
It is also important not to forget that each report comes with an <mark style="color:green;">**Excel file**</mark> with detailed parameters for each purchased token in the wallet, which should be studied before confirming that the wallet is insider.
{% endhint %}

These parameters you can pick up for yourself by practicing. But you can use the parameters from the example to test your work.

Details about the values of each parameter in the wallet report are written in [this article](/insider-eye/solana-bot/scan-wallet.md).

If you found a supposedly insider wallet, you can write it down in a separate text file and go [back](#searching-for-wallet-addresses) to search for the next address in the same coin or any other.

Once you find 3-5 insider wallets you can move on to the [next step](#adding-found-wallets-to-the-bot-for-copying-transactions) of adding them to the bot to copy trades.

## Adding found wallets to the bot for copying transactions

Once you have selected a few wallets and determined that they are insider wallets you need to add them to one of the third party bots to copy transactions on your wallet. This is necessary so that you authormatically buy the same tokens that the wallets you found. You can read more about it [here](/insider-eye/instructions/how-to-connect-solana-insider-wallet-in-the-bot-to-copy-trades.md).

One of the third-party bots for copying trades is [FluxBot](https://fluxbot.xyz/). We have written about how to set up a bot for copying trades [here](/insider-eye/instructions/how-to-connect-solana-insider-wallet-in-the-bot-to-copy-trades.md).

These are the steps to make money from insider wallets. It's all individual for each user. Some have their own approaches to realising each stage. This article describes only the basics.&#x20;
