# Money Management

Before you start trading for insiders you need to figure out how to manage your money. Proper management of your deposit reduces risks.

There are several rules that it is advisable to follow:

* It is not necessary to keep all the money on the wallet to which auto-copying of transactions is connected. It is necessary to keep only the amount we trade on it, because different situations can happen, for example, the price at the moment of purchase will change and we will buy some token at a much higher price or an insider will start spamming transactions.
* Some trader bots allow you to allocate to each copied wallet an investment amount (how much money it can lose for all trades). You can take advantage of this to copy trades without risk. We talk about this robot in detail in this `article`.
* The amount of transactions should be no more than 5%-10% of the deposit on the wallet. This is necessary so that if the wallet whose trades we copy has made several positions, we have enough deposit or if several wallets have made positions in one period of time.
* If we have 7-10 insiders on one wallet, we need to add new insiders on another wallet, because there will not be enough funds on one wallet to distribute them between the trades of insiders.
* It is necessary to set for yourself a profit limit at which you close the position yourself, i.e. we do not wait for the position to be closed by an insider. For example, it can be 500%. As soon as we have received 500% profit we close the position. Often insiders themselves do not know to what limit the growth will go.
