# Rules

<mark style="color:orange;">**Below are the established rules that all participants in private Telegram chat must adhere to:**</mark>

1. **Respect for Participants**: The use of insults, threats, or discriminatory remarks based on race, gender, age, nationality, sexual orientation, or religion is strictly prohibited.
2. **Confidentiality**: Disclosing or discussing personal information of other chat participants without their explicit consent is forbidden.
3. **Spam and Advertising**: Unauthorized advertising or spam, including but not limited to inappropriate links, promotional messages, and mass mailings, is not allowed.
4. **Content of Messages**: Posting illegal content, including materials protected by copyright, pornography, or violent content, is banned.
5. **Disputes and Conflicts**: Participants are encouraged to resolve disputes peacefully and privately to avoid escalating conflict within the chat.
6. **Privacy of Information**: Any information shared within the chat must not be disclosed outside of it, except for screenshots showing profits, which may be shared as per chat rules.
7. **Files and Media**: Sending files and media content (e.g., images, videos, voice messages) is regulated to prevent the distribution of unwanted or harmful content.
8. **Inviting New Participants**: Adding new participants to the chat requires prior approval from the chat administration or a vote from existing members.
9. **Leaving the Chat**: Participants are encouraged to inform the group upon exiting, if possible, to maintain an accurate understanding of the group’s size and composition.
10. **Etiquette**: Participants must adhere to chat etiquette, including proper use of the reply feature to maintain order and context in conversations and avoiding interrupting or ignoring other participants.
11. **Standards of Behavior**: Clear instructions on unacceptable behavior and the consequences of rule violations, including temporary or permanent exclusion from the chat, must be followed.
12. **Amendment of Rules**: The administrator reserves the right to amend these rules as necessary. All chat participants will be notified of any changes.
